His book has little to do with being in the Marines or serving America, but let me first say to Ken Jensen and to all who have, do , or will serve - THANK YOU for your service.

Ken Jensen has quite a story that he boldly shares in  “It Takes Guts To Be Me: How An Ex-Marine Beat Bipolarism.”

Ken used to be a real bruiser.  He was the kind of guy you would pray never to meet in a dark alley.  When you read his story, I’m sure you willike myselfbe amazed that he lived through his younger years.

If you ever wondered whether someone who lived a rough life could ever turn things around and do a tremendous amount of good in the world, Ken is just such a person.

He discovered that he had bipolar disorder.  Great, now his behavior had a reason and a name, but typical medical science had no real solutions for him.

He searched and searched, trying to help himself get well.

Finally, he found a piece here and a piece there and eventually he created the system that got him functional and feeling much better.

And the best part is that now he is sharing his system with the world in the hopes of helping others find the way.

If you know anyone who regularly suffers any of the symptoms below please oh PLEASE direct them or their loved one to Ken’s book.  He ahs a free Sneak Peek, and I encourage you to help him get his system into the hands of those who need it.

Ken says this:

“Are any of the following symptoms regular occurrences in your life?:

Despair
Depression
Anxiety
Hopelessness
Dissociation
Panic Attacks
Inability to think rationally, logically
Frequent Emergency Room visits due to negative mental state
Misery
Sleep irregularities; too much or not enough

If any of these symptoms rule your day then you need to check out my free sneak peek version of my new book “It Takes Guts To Be Me: How An Ex-Marine Beat Bipolarism.”

Follow your bliss!
