The Continuity Chain

Glenn Dietzel just stole the belt off his son’s pants.  Can you believe it?  He did it to prove a point, and I know he’l give it back.  He put out an amazing video about customer loyalty, continuity programs and high end programs.

This is an excellent analogy.  Imagine that your business has a chain with the loops linking together, and this is a curriculum continuity program or forced continuity program.  This means you build customer loyalty and build your brand and –if you’ve done it well — you build a high-end program that meets the pain in your marketplace with a well-thought-out solution.

One of the things I appreciate most about Glenn is his focus on self reflection in the context of your target market.  So often, people writing a book or starting a business consider only what you want to offer from YOUR perspective, while failing to consider what the CLIENT / end user/ target market needs.

Your business exists to solve problems, and with reflection that starts on your own but is carried into the market for feedback, you know the solution people need.

I want you to watch the video you’ll see below and then to take this Business Quiz  You’ll not only get a detailed report back, but also you’ll be enrolled in a basic business authoring 3-class at no cost to you.

Let me know what you think…and when you go to the webinar that you’ll be invited to, be sure to let them know that Ronda sent you!
