Secret Fudge Tantalizes Your Palate

My grandmother Mama Lou used to make fudge for days. Everybody loved her fudge. When it got too hard for her to make fudge, I took over the tradition, though I never could make HER fudge as well as she did. I found a different recipe, but true to my nature, I couldn’t leave it the way it was. The original had marshmallow yuck in it (well it tasted fine but I didn’t want to use it. REAL fudge doesn’t have marshmallow stuff in it, after all.
I adapted the recipe and thereby made it my own…and I put in a secret ingredient. Check out the video and you’ll discover how to make a fabulous fudge with a secret.
The recipe includes:
1 stick of bugger
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup hershey’s cocoa powder (that’s the best)
2 lb powdered sugar
2 cups (a 12-ounce bag) of Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips)
Cook so soft ball stage. Pour into 9 X 13 pan. Cool, cut and serve.
But there’s MORE…a secret ingredient…
