I love stories.  Don’t you?

Stories unite us like nothing else.  Joseph Campbell studied the power of myth and legends for years and taught me how much we humans are alike…

…dead or alive…

This BoomerChick blog post starts off with a momma telling a bedtime story to some unruly but typical children.  But soon enough, the true purpose of the tale comes alive.

She tells a story of persistence, unity via the internet, new friends, and even a ghost writer, if you can believe that.

I can, for sure!

The internet brought three writers together, but I believe the ghost had a huge role.  What do you think?   Here is part of her story:

“In all that time, my children, not once did either of the women think that they would ever find a publisher and be able to hold this book, this creation, this story of how far one man will go to find the spirit of the one he lost and would pay a million dollars to find her, in their hands, but the gods and goddesses must have been on their side because tonight, my friends, the book just went up at AMAZON.”

Henry, the ghost, REALLY did help.  As a matter of fact, he’s going on tour.

The book is The Search for the Million $$$ Dollar Ghost

Dorothy and company, I wish you great success!  It truly is special when your book makes it into a bricks and mortar store like Barnes and Noble.  I did a happy dance to see mine on the shelves, and I know you will too.
