Ex-marine Ken Jensen has plenty of guts and gumption.  He is one of the most interesting and insightful people I know, and it was a great pleaseure to itnerview him this week..

You read this blog and join my list because you love stories and want to both hear and tell compelling tales.  Well, I have an amazing story for you…

The fact that Ken is even alive today says something.  Years of hard living should have killed him.  I once told him, “Ken, the fact that you can rub two brain cells together and get a spark after everything you did to yourself is nothing short of miraculous.  You must have some REALLY important work to do!”

You see, I’ve read his book, and I even read another book about his life that nobody else has seen yet.

During his years of living hard and fast, Ken did not realize he had bipolar disorder.  And for anyone who wonders if this condition is “all in your head” - actually yes and no.  It is all in your head and all through your body  as well (because of the chemistry involved).  AND it is a real bona fide condition.  It’s far more than having ups and downs.

This week I grilled Ken, so to speak, and asked  him about his “bad boy” life, his realization that he had a serious mental illness, and his amazing journey of recovery.

Ken went through eight years of what he calls “bipolar hell.”  He had to search and search for answers, and the journey was frought with huge stumbling blocks and dead ends.  Doctors prescribed him 122 heavy-duty medications over that time, and none of them made him better.  He found his solution and now reveals the system he used to get himself well.

Listen to the replay and hear Ken share how he finally found answers and got himself on the road to normal in only three months.  He is also giving a gift to everyone who  asks.  The replay is at http://MyOptInPage.com/?pid=2915135

I urge you to visit Ken’s site and get his preview of the book.  Go to http://ItTakesGutsToBeme.com and, of course, to buy his book for anyone you know who suffers from bipolar disorder.
