I can’t believe how fast these interviews go!  I’m going to ask her to do my other radio show which is geared for life success.

Here’s what I love about what Robin Jay had to say.  She talked about making clients feel special and rightly pointed out that few of us can say on a given day that someone has done something to truly make you feel special.  Not just an “atta boy” type of comment, but a thank you card or gift basket or taking you aside and specifically saying what you are doing that makes a difference in their life.

So true.  I do make it a point to uplift at least 5 people a day, and what she says makes me realize the value of this and gives me insight as to how to laser focus in on that person.

Robin Jay has a huge network of people she knows, and for anything she needs, if she doesn’t know the person she wants to reach right away, she has thousands of contacts and knows whom to ask.

Knowing who to ask to get what you need is better than knowing it all yourself, in my opinion!

She also shares networking and business success tips.  Her latest book is The Art of the Business Lunch.  I love her approach about focusing in on the person you’re talking to and making the conversation about them as a way of growing your business.
