FREE tool to help you focus, prioritize, and manage time

I love Dan Moran’s blog. He offers top-notch info and tools. Each Friday is “Free Tool Friday,” and I need to let you know about this week’s tool.
So often when you are writing a book or starting/growing a business or doing any huge project, there are a million great ideas and things to do. How do you choose where to start?
Learning to set priorities and manage time is critical. You have to take control of your time so that your business/work doesn’t run you.
The best advice I can give you is to do the things that will bring you the most exposure and the most income before the other things that would be great but aren’t as urgent. However, Dan’s free tool offers a solution that you may like.
This week eh offers 2 free tools, but the first one is Task Coach. It can be run from a thumb drive (usb portable drive that looks like a thumb) or from your PC.

Task Coach is more that just a task list manager. Think of it more as a personal project management tool. You can create and edit hierarchical lists of tasks, manage tasks by priority, start date and due date, set reminders, set time and money budgets for tasks, record your time against tasks, export your lists to HTML or XML (iCalendar), and a whole lot more.”
