You can get a conference line from this company for free, but for only $5/month, you can get the premium, which allows you to record the calls. The advantage is that you can reuse your calls. Also, the great thing about High Speed Conferencing is that people can call or Skype in, and there are international access #s as well as US.
You’ll have web controls so you know how many are on the call. When someone wants to ask a question, you’ll see a raised hand and the caller will hear an message that you see their raised hand.
File format is WAV and the recorded call is posted immediately.
People can Skype in.
Also I can tell you that the customer service is quick because I’ve had a couple problems. They did get resolved quickly.
