Please accept this invitation.  I’d like you to join me Wednesday, July 23 at noon Eastern on Blog Talk Radio, because I’m taking over Dr. Robin Rushlo’s show Networking with the Blind Guy (girl in this case) & teaching about exercising your mind.  More about that shortly.

When you exercise your mind, the rewards are amazing, and you get feedback right away.  Think of your mind like a muscle.  Exercise it and it grows strong and vital.  Veg out in front of the television too much and it grows wimpy.

Having a strong and powerful mind is worth a few minutes a day of mental exercise, isn’t it?

I’ve shared one of the stories I will tell on the radio tomorrow on this blog.  Read about ProFlowers and Mind Powers here.  That’s my story about manifesting white lilies.

Imagine having the goal as if it is already there.  Numerous people call me their parking good luck charm because we always get a place where we need one.  I expect it.

Tomorrow I will share how I mentally prepared for being on Top Affiliate Challenge reality show and managed to be much more emotionally stable than many of the contestants because I took the time to prepare myself.

You’ll also hear how mind power stopped two yappy little dogs from keeping a couple dozen people awake in a hotel.

I know what you’re thinking:  “Great - but how can I do this myself?”

And I’ll share how you can strengthen your own mind muscles.

The first thing you need to do is to tune in.  Be aware.  You don’t know what your brain is up to unless you pay attention to your thoughts and feelings.

Next, you need to kill the ANTs.  Find out about them on the show.  They’re automatic negative thoughts, and we all have them until we learn how to kill them.

Next you give good fuel for your vision.

And that fuel comes every day when you —–listen live at noon Eastern or listen/download anytime! and leaern a few Jedi Mind Tricks to play on yourself for your own best future.
